Business Game!
We played a business simulation game, if you don't know what that is its basically a game that simulates real life business, you can make decisions like increase your marketing which will increase sales and you can also increase product price, while your making decisions your being lectured by some creepy robotic/american voice which is annoying he will tell you the consequences of your decisions throughout each quarter.

Openproj
In my first lesson with Mr Basu I made my project proposal plan which involved copying segments of writing and altering it to suit our needs. In the second lesson I used my favourite program openproj which lets you manage projects. We used it to manage our Danone project which was really fun.

Question Anwered!
In the previous lesson I asked a question on the Q&A forum which often gets read by a Danone employee (Mrs Berry) she replied, my question was about how Danone make products in France and ships them to the UK. She said that Danone does not have enough demand yet to create the product in the UK.

Merging PDF Files...
Today I wrote out my project plan in word, I also saved each month of my calender as a PDF file and then I opened up Adobe Acrobat and merged all the files into one file which is a very useful feature. I then uploaded both my word document and merged PDF file into moodle.

No hierachy!
Today we learned that Danone has no hierachy system in its local offices, however through legal obligation they must have certian executives and a CEO in its global corporation. They believe that having no hierachy in its local offices inspires workers to achieve there full potential. We watched a video which showed many happy workers telling us how awesome a company Danone is.
